Billing dispute with Advisory, Advisory & Offices

On April 6, 1976, I signed up for Advisory, Advisory & Offices's warranty service at their Grimesshire, Missouri location. I was told that the service would include appliance, but after paying $103.94, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Jayce G. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
