Warranty claim denied by Craft Partners Holdings

I am writing regarding order #ORD-7920-WMC-1017 placed with Craft Partners Holdings on May 16, 1978. I paid $693.82 for system, but when it arrived, I discovered doesn't work as advertised. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Hudson F. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
