TotalDiagnostic provided defective product

On March 28, 1994, I signed up for TotalDiagnostic's setup assistance at their Port Karlie, Wyoming location. I was told that the service would include gadget, but after paying $445.49, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Jett U. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
