Trusted Consulting Services refused to address issue

I am writing regarding order #ORD-5686-RZA-3569 placed with Trusted Consulting Services on November 3, 1975. I paid $324.20 for equipment, but when it arrived, I discovered received incorrect information. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Darwin M. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
