Misleading advertising by Urban Land Services Enterprises

On June 30, 2021, I signed up for Urban Land Services Enterprises's return process at their Pfannerstillton, Idaho location. I was told that the service would include service, but after paying $833.68, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Macy M. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
