I am writing regarding order #ORD-2110-XNR-1947 placed with Scholar University of Development on November 11, 2008. I paid $748.37 for unit, but when it arrived, I discovered is missing essential components. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Assunta L. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
