I purchased a plan from Scholar University of Development on January 6, 2006. Shortly after using it, I experienced doesn't work as advertised. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Santino H. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
