I'm writing to complain about the return process I received from Community & Advisors Las Palmas. After paying $558.60 for equipment, I found that it stopped working after two weeks. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Antwan S., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.
