Unresolved issue with Community & Advisors Las Palmas product

On August 4, 2007, I signed up for Community & Advisors Las Palmas's installation service at their Kertzmannmouth, Wyoming location. I was told that the service would include unit, but after paying $929.90, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Kaitlyn S. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
