TechSmart Novosibirsk tech support failed to resolve issue

I am writing regarding order #ORD-2091-CVA-8505 placed with TechSmart Novosibirsk on May 5, 1983. I paid $884.21 for gadget, but when it arrived, I discovered was damaged upon delivery. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Nia V. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
