Nano Studios failed to honor their commitment

I am writing regarding order #ORD-9231-YFV-3525 placed with Nano Studios on August 21, 1994. I paid $258.50 for subscription, but when it arrived, I discovered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Rosalinda I. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
