Unresolved issue with Nano Studios product

On June 24, 1976, I signed up for Nano Studios's setup assistance at their Toyland, California location. I was told that the service would include unit, but after paying $370.75, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Rosendo Q. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
