False promises made by Representation Counsel of Expert representative

I want to report a serious concern with Representation Counsel of Expert's unit that I purchased on June 23, 2001 from your Port Ruben, Nebraska store. The product has discovered hidden fees despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Tate Z., but my issue remains unresolved.
