Frustrated with Representation Counsel of Expert's lack of response

I am writing regarding order #ORD-5202-MES-8071 placed with Representation Counsel of Expert on August 3, 1984. I paid $41.11 for equipment, but when it arrived, I discovered faced system outages. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Carolanne G. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
