I purchased a appliance from Savory & Food on October 17, 1971. Shortly after using it, I experienced encountered rude staff. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Wilford Q. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
