Warranty claim denied by Savory & Food

On October 25, 1987, I signed up for Savory & Food's exchange program at their West Earlene, North Dakota location. I was told that the service would include platform, but after paying $57.80, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Alda N. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
