I want to report a serious concern with Savory & Food's account that I purchased on January 2, 1992 from your South Woodrow, Kentucky store. The product has was denied a refund despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Retta B., but my issue remains unresolved.
