Frustrated with Training of Academy's lack of response

I am writing regarding order #ORD-2931-VAL-8103 placed with Training of Academy on September 18, 1988. I paid $369.73 for service, but when it arrived, I discovered found unauthorized charges. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Addison B. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
