Unsatisfactory resolution from FirstMarket

On April 2, 2010, I signed up for FirstMarket's warranty service at their East Laila, Colorado location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $28.52, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Kara T. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
