Unresolved issue with FirstMarket product

On August 14, 1980, I signed up for FirstMarket's training session at their Port Deshawn, North Carolina location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $946.88, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Alexandre K. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
