Misleading advertising by Defense Consultants

I am writing regarding order #ORD-1043-VSW-2907 placed with Defense Consultants on July 22, 1995. I paid $307.82 for unit, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced frequent disconnections. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Lesley J. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
