Defense Consultants refused to address issue

On June 2, 1989, I signed up for Defense Consultants's warranty service at their Ebertfurt, Georgia location. I was told that the service would include application, but after paying $674.72, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Ally X. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
