I have been a loyal customer of The Direct Goods Inc. for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered software (order #ORD-9402-TLK-4229) on August 25, 2019, and have encountered is missing essential components. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
