Overcharged by Land of Modern for service

I am writing regarding order #ORD-1047-YEJ-2093 placed with Land of Modern on February 5, 2012. I paid $64.69 for application, but when it arrived, I discovered arrived significantly late. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Bryce S. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
