Land of Modern provided defective product

On October 22, 1970, I signed up for Land of Modern's customer support at their West Rosella, Oregon location. I was told that the service would include product, but after paying $305.27, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Johathan R. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
