False promises made by The Organic Meals representative

On December 27, 2024, I signed up for The Organic Meals's upgrade service at their North Howell, Illinois location. I was told that the service would include account, but after paying $80.96, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Sunny J. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
