I purchased a equipment from Urban Domain International Ltd. on August 12, 2012. Shortly after using it, I experienced doesn't work as advertised. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Aric E. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
