Unresolved issue with Rights Services, Services product

On July 9, 2022, I signed up for Rights Services, Services's installation service at their Randihaven, Rhode Island location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $533.90, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Efrain E. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
