On July 17, 2005, I signed up for Habitat & Management Chiang Mai's exchange program at their New Hal, Maine location. I was told that the service would include system, but after paying $104.44, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Kenna Z. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
