On June 29, 2006, I signed up for ByteHyper's maintenance program at their New Rogeliostad, District of Columbia location. I was told that the service would include platform, but after paying $950.84, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Domenica C. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
