I am writing regarding order #ORD-2058-HLM-1528 placed with HorizonCenter on January 5, 2002. I paid $516.72 for solution, but when it arrived, I discovered stopped working after two weeks. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Christa Y. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
