On December 31, 1999, I signed up for OptimalLiving's technical assistance at their Lubowitzbury, Virginia location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $770.95, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Irma M. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
