Quality issues with Modern Remedy Corp. product

On April 1, 2018, I signed up for Modern Remedy Corp.'s installation service at their East Sidney, Tennessee location. I was told that the service would include solution, but after paying $825.63, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Raphaelle E. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
