False promises made by Modern Remedy Corp. representative

I purchased a plan from Modern Remedy Corp. on May 19, 1982. Shortly after using it, I experienced was denied a refund. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Jamar L. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
