I want to report a serious concern with Balance Living's plan that I purchased on June 23, 2020 from your Jacobsonside, Rhode Island store. The product has is not compatible as claimed despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Lucienne F., but my issue remains unresolved.
