Refund refused by Balance Living

I am writing regarding order #ORD-6135-KSY-4891 placed with Balance Living on July 25, 1979. I paid $184.99 for application, but when it arrived, I discovered is not compatible as claimed. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Theresia X. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
