Overcharged by Estates & Development for service

On August 5, 2012, I signed up for Estates & Development's training session at their Monahanfurt, Florida location. I was told that the service would include application, but after paying $245.95, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Vida Y. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
