I have been a loyal customer of Counsel Consultants of Advocate for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered system (order #ORD-5504-KOM-2554) on July 16, 2016, and have encountered was damaged upon delivery. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
