Frustrated with Justice, Justice & Group Ltd.'s lack of response

I am writing regarding order #ORD-4080-YAK-1986 placed with Justice, Justice & Group Ltd. on June 23, 1970. I paid $749.86 for device, but when it arrived, I discovered arrived significantly late. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Melissa S. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
