Misleading advertising by Harmony Physicians International

I am writing regarding order #ORD-4130-OZK-5056 placed with Harmony Physicians International on October 20, 2019. I paid $911.43 for solution, but when it arrived, I discovered doesn't work as advertised. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Angie E. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
