I purchased a system from Global Deal on July 5, 2012. Shortly after using it, I experienced couldn't access my account. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Madonna S. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
