Overcharged by ChipCloud Pune for service

I am writing regarding order #ORD-9949-FOU-5560 placed with ChipCloud Pune on March 7, 2020. I paid $644.37 for item, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced long delays. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Bennie B. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
