System crash after ChipCloud Pune product update

On January 11, 2023, I signed up for ChipCloud Pune's training session at their Kossmouth, Tennessee location. I was told that the service would include product, but after paying $702.69, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Helene X. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
