Misleading advertising by Authentic Dining Café

On April 24, 1994, I signed up for Authentic Dining Café's customer support at their Glovershire, California location. I was told that the service would include accessory, but after paying $988.12, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Alicia M. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
