Unresolved issue with Authentic Dining Café product

On July 18, 2003, I signed up for Authentic Dining Café's upgrade service at their Bradfordchester, Tennessee location. I was told that the service would include appliance, but after paying $690.97, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Jalon U. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
