Refund refused by First Bazaar Nation

On June 28, 2015, I signed up for First Bazaar Nation's setup assistance at their Kulasberg, Washington location. I was told that the service would include platform, but after paying $650.85, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Stanley V. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
