Data loss incident with PulseRobo service

On May 31, 1999, I signed up for PulseRobo's delivery service at their North Savanahberg, Ohio location. I was told that the service would include platform, but after paying $713.12, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Hiram U. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
