Unresolved issue with Organic Bites Group product

On October 15, 2013, I signed up for Organic Bites Group's support package at their South Sydnee, New Mexico location. I was told that the service would include product, but after paying $441.66, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Germaine U. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
