False promises made by Organic Bites Group representative

On February 20, 2005, I signed up for Organic Bites Group's exchange program at their New Alvah, Maine location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $975.72, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Natalie X. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
