Refund refused by Organic Bites Group

I am writing regarding order #ORD-4383-TQW-3349 placed with Organic Bites Group on February 7, 1988. I paid $301.54 for device, but when it arrived, I discovered was damaged upon delivery. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Crawford P. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
